Ethernet problem on 0i MD control

I am using the FTP function on a Johnford machining center with a Fanuc Oi MD control.

This function worked fine for six months until this error came up.


I can view the files from the PC on the machine screen.

As soon as I try to load a program from the PC , I get the following error.

SR 2032 " EMBEDDED ETHERNET /DATA SERVER ERROR ".

The manual description for this alarm is to check the details on the LOG SCREEN OF THE EMBEDDED ETHERNET FUNCTION.

The details of this screen are as follows.

E-0215
Reading a file failed from host.
[8500]
E-0200 Received message from FTP server.
[500 Cannot RETR.]

Alarms E-0215 and E-0200 are not explained in the Ethernet manual.
