I need help urgently. My VMC 750(CHINESE) with a Fanuc Oi-mate controller has refused to respond to movement and spindle commands. We got to work one day and found that the machine was not responding to motion commands from MEMORY, JOG, REF or MPG (Handle wheel). My technicians found out later, that an I/O Link cable( connecting OPERATOR PANEL TO I/O MODULE in electrical cabinet) had been eaten by a rat. <br>

We ordered and changed this cable and yet the axes can,t be moved still. We took out the card on the operator panel and installed it on a good machine and it was ok. the signals and voltages into and out of I/O module 'seems' ok. the signals and voltages into the SERVO AMPLIFIER 'seems' ok too. But there seems to be no output power out of the servo amp.<br>

I am not an electrical personnel so bear with my presentation. I just need the machine to work as it has not been used up to 1 year since it was purchased<br>
