problem on fanuc oitd on latch cnc

Dears
i am saeed and electronic eng. i have a fanuc oitd controller that it has a problem , the problem is that
when operator turn off the cnc and turn it on again absolute data for axis change and data increase .
i hope somebody consult me about this.
