I found a tutorial about calculating motor torque and there is also an Excel file.
I filled it with the all my details (motor and working load), it is also attached and according to end-calculations my stepper motor can work with my CNC load.
I would like to get your comments about my expectations.
My stepper motor has these spac (s):
v 2.3, A 3, winding resistance 0.77 ohm, inductance 1.04mH, holding troq 834mN.m 118oz./n, detent troq 37mN.m 5.2oz./n, rotor troq 118g.cm2 1oz./n2, weight 650g
I want to use it in a cnc having 3 ft long sqr thread rod 16mm dia 4mm pitch and 4-5 kg x-axis assembly.
