mazak 200b 41 spindle malfunction

we're getting a "41 spindle malfunction 1 (&00000032)" code

we assumed it was because the chiller rad and fan were clogged and it was over heating. we cleaned out the rad and the fans but we still get the code.

does anyone have a bit more insight on this?
