Training materials

Hello all, I work in a shop that is in a rural area. We've had to hire mostly untrained operators. We do ok mostly but sometimes it would be helpful if they knew more, so I've been commissioned with the task of creating a training program for newbie operators.

I'm looking some good, clear information on the subject of basic machining and CNC operation, mainly milling.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
