Relay Problem

I have a CNC Plate Roll, Akyapak AHS 30/25
It can't be running and the monitor says :
- Thermic relay waste
- Control panels key is not active
- Phase line relay not active
- Emergency relay not active
- System ready

Please help me to solved this problem.
if i change the relays, nothing happen, still can't run.
