servo alarm

Hi All,
I have a servo alarm #603 y axis inv ipm alarm. I replaced the servo drive A06B-6111-H205, 2 axis module MDL SVM2-20/20i last week because the C-axis had a 449 c axis inv prm alarm. Both times the diagnostics showed an abnormal current is being generated in the servo amp (#200 has HCA), and the amp is over heating(#201 has ALD). The Y-axis, and C-axis share this servo drive. The machine ran fine for almost a week after the replacement was installed when the Y-axis alarm occurred. Defective replacement or just bad luck? The C-axis motor was also replaced. Is there any way to trouble shoot?
Thanks,
Mike
