Hi All.. Working with a KOMO VR510 Router that intermittently starts to vibrate like crazy in CW spindle direction after a tool change or when the spindle starts. We are sometimes able to correct the problem simply by stopping the spindle rotation on the controller and restarting the spindle rotation. I had a spindle repair company in and the rep saw the machine in both 'good' state and 'vibrating' state. The rep was puzzled and didn't have an answer other than that they would need to take the spindle in for a rebuild. I don't have any reason to believe that he is wrong, however, I don't have a good reason to believe that he is correct either... Some strange circumstances that go along with this are that the machine runs flawlessly in CCW direction without exception. If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be greatly appreciated. I have contacted Komo but have yet to hear.
Thanks in advance.
Bill
